Return and Refund Policy
- The User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason, without owing any compensation or penalty, within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the Goods by the User or a by third party.
- Including the User has the right to cancel the contract without giving a reason before the shipment of the Goods, without compensation or penalty and without costs to the Merchant for processing the order.
- In order to exercise their right under this clause, the User must unambiguously inform the Vendor of their decision to withdraw from the contract, specifying the Goods they wish to return, by providing all details of the order and delivery, including but not limited to: the contents and value of the order, details about the person who made the order, details about the person who accepted the delivery, and date of delivery.
- The Vendor shall publish a form for exercising the right to withdraw from the contract on their Site.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Vendor shall provide the User with the option to fill in and send electronically (via the website) the standard withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement. In these cases, the Vendor shall immediately send the User a confirmation of receipt of their withdrawal on durable media.
- The User is obliged to return the Goods at his own expense together with the receipt and the invoice, if any, by handing them over to the Merchant or to a person authorized by the latter, within 14 days from the date on which the User has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract. The authorized person may be a courier company, and the shipment shall be sent to the address: Magicofcolors EOOD, Bulgaria, Varna, so Rakitnika, 8th str, №10 , tel. 0898455909. The user is responsible for filling in the correct address on the delivery note.
- Upon return, the Goods must be in their original packaging, without any traces of use or deterioration of their commercial appearance.
- The Vendor has the right to postpone the refund until the Goods have been returned or until proof is provided that the Goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.
- If the User fails to fulfill their obligation to return the Goods without notifying the Vendor of the delay and without providing a valid reason, they are considered to have withdrawn their statement of withdrawal from the contract.
- Where the Vendor has incurred costs in connection with the performance of the contract and the User withdraws from the contract, the Vendor shall be entitled to retain the relevant amount for the costs incurred, including for delivery to the User, or to demand their payment. Acceptance and handling of the Goods in the Vendor’s warehouse shall not be considered as costs.
- The User may not withdraw from the contract if the following is part of the contractual scope:
- delivery of Goods made at the request of the User or in accordance with the User’s custom requirements;
- providing Goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life;
- delivery of sealed Goods which have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to hygiene or health-related reasons;
- In case the consumer has made a payment under the contract with a bank card and has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract, the refund shall be made by ordering a reverse transaction on the card with which the payment was made within 7 working days.
- If the consumer has made a payment under the contract by cash on delivery and has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract, the refund shall be made by postal money order or by bank transfer within 7 working days.
- If the consumer has made a payment under the contract by bank transfer and has exercised his right of withdrawal from the contract, the refund shall be made by ordering a reverse transaction to the account from which the payment was made within 7 working days.
- The User undertakes to inspect the Goods at the time of delivery and immediately provide notice for any discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the User fails to do so, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection. Accepted delivery is not returnable due to damage or shortage.
