Terms of delivery of goods from the Magic of Colors online store

The delivery of the ordered goods is performed using the following means:

• via courier service provided by a third party

The delivery is made to the address of the user on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, Greece and Romania or the office of a courier company, unless otherwise stated on the site.

Delivery costs are covered by the user except in cases of delivery of goods worth over BGN 240, in which case the delivery costs are borne by the Vendor.

Before sending the ordered Goods, the Vendor has the right to contact the User on the phone number specified by the User in order to clarify any details regarding the order and/or delivery.

The Vendor shall not be held responsible for failing to fulfill an order if the User has provided incorrect, incomplete and/or inaccurate personal data, including when they have provided an incomplete, inaccurate or fictitious address or telephone number.

Delivery takes place within the timeframes described under each delivery option in the order interface module. In exceptional circumstances, the Vendor reserves the right to extend the delivery period by promptly informing the User.

The Vendor shall process the orders within 3 working days from the order’s placement. Delivery is usually made within the usual timeframe, in accordance with the chosen delivery method.

The ordered goods shall be delivered against the user’s signature, and larger shipments using a courier service shall be delivered to the entrance of the building.

The User undertakes to inspect the Goods at the time of delivery and immediately provide notice for any discrepancies, shortages and damages. If the User fails to do so, it is assumed that the delivery has been accepted without objection.

For international deliveries, the rules for delivery and receipt of items of the relevant national postal service, as well as the relevant national legislation of the country where the consignee is located, shall apply.

All import fees for importing the goods shall be at the expense of the User. The User may not claim a refund if they have refused to pay the import fees or to receive the shipment.

The Vendor reserves the right to change the available methods of delivery and payment and/or the conditions thereunder at any time by publishing the available delivery and payment methods on the Site without further notice.
